Flexible service billing
You can ask to end ongoing managed services according to your selected billing period and agreement. Prepaid periods are not automatically month-to-month, and any refunds or notice requirements must be described in your signed terms.
A transparent website purchase schedule
LaunchPad's website component is intended to be fully paid after 24 scheduled website payments. If you want to take ownership earlier, you can pay the remaining website purchase balance disclosed in your agreement. This is separate from future hosting or marketing fees.
After 24 months: choose your care level
When the 24-month website purchase period is completed and the website is paid off, your subscription transitions to LaunchPad Care at $99/month for hosting, security, routine maintenance, and ReviewFlow Essential (up to 50 eligible requests/month). You may instead choose LaunchPad Growth at $179/month, which adds ongoing LocalLift Google Business Profile management and continued basic CRM lead capture and email follow-up. Both plans are intended for customers who completed the initial LaunchPad term, and are billed monthly thereafter.
Your business information stays yours
We recommend you retain control of your domain, brand materials, and Google Business Profile. We explain how client-owned information can be exported and which website or third-party platform features may have transfer limitations.
The 24-month ownership transition, website-purchase allocations, early buyout, which services continue under each plan, cancellation rules, and prepaid refunds must be documented in the signed agreement. A subscription billing change must be configured and verified; website copy alone does not schedule the change.

After month 24, Care is the intended default unless you select Growth. Growth includes the stated ongoing services for one website and one eligible Google Business Profile; it does not add unlimited redesigns, new pages, SMS usage, or broader CRM campaigns. Activation and billing changes are finalized in your written agreement and account setup. These are continuation rates, not new-customer prices.

During the first 24 months, LaunchPad includes a custom website with up to 20 agreed pages, LocalLift for one Google Business Profile, ReviewFlow Essential, and basic CRM lead capture and email follow-up. After the website is paid off, choose LaunchPad Care ($99/month) or LaunchPad Growth ($179/month) for the services listed in each continuation plan.
How much does LaunchPad cost?
During the initial 24-month period, monthly is $399 plus a one-time $1,000 setup fee; quarterly is $1,197 every three months; biannual is $2,094 every six months; annual is $3,900 every twelve months. Setup is waived on prepaid plans. After month 24, the standard continuation is LaunchPad Care at $99/month, with optional LaunchPad Growth at $179/month.
Why is the setup fee waived on prepaid plans?
Quarterly, biannual, and annual billing provide a larger upfront commitment, so Allen Ink waives the otherwise applicable $1,000 initial setup fee. Quarterly keeps the same $399 monthly equivalent; longer prepaid options also lower the effective monthly rate.
Can I cancel LaunchPad at any time?
You may request cancellation of future renewals under your service agreement. A prepaid billing period may have different refund terms from monthly billing. Website purchase obligations, if any, are separately addressed under the website ownership terms.
Do I own my website after 24 months?
Yes, after 24 paid months and satisfaction of the allocated website purchase balance, the agreed transferable website deliverables become yours under the agreement. You may then select Care ($99/month) or Growth ($179/month) for ongoing service. Certain hosted or licensed features may require replacement for an external transfer.
What happens if I cancel before the website is paid off?
You may discontinue managed services under the cancellation terms. To receive the transferable website deliverables before the 24-month website payment schedule is complete, you can pay the separately stated outstanding website purchase balance. We will disclose that balance and any transfer limitations in writing.
What happens to my LaunchPad payment after 24 months?
Once your website is paid off after 24 months, LaunchPad Care at $99/month is the intended default continuation plan. It covers hosting, maintenance, and ReviewFlow Essential (up to 50 eligible review requests/month). You may choose LaunchPad Growth at $179/month instead. Growth also includes LocalLift management of one Google Business Profile and basic CRM lead-capture/email follow-up services. Continuation plans are monthly, subject to the signed agreement. We will confirm any billing changes before the transition.
Is Google Business Profile management included?
During the first 24 months, yes: LocalLift for one eligible location includes initial optimization, four scheduled posts per month, approved photo updates where supplied, review-response assistance, and reporting. After 24 months, this ongoing service is included in LaunchPad Growth at $179/month, not LaunchPad Care at $99/month.
How does ReviewFlow work in LaunchPad?
The included ReviewFlow Essential allowance supports up to 50 eligible review requests each month. We configure requests and agreed follow-up workflows after confirming your review destination and the relevant contact permissions. Customers are free to leave honest positive or negative reviews.
Are text-message alerts and missed-call text-back included?
LaunchPad has CRM and follow-up capabilities. SMS and missed-call text-back require a configured business phone number, applicable messaging registration, appropriate consent, and an agreed activation scope. Phone, SMS, and other usage-based charges are disclosed separately.
Will my business rank higher on Google?
We work on profile completeness, accurate business information, useful website content, reviews, and conversion paths. Google controls rankings and indexing, and no particular position or number of leads can be guaranteed.
Will you post on my social accounts or make videos?
YouTube/video production and ongoing social media management are not included in standard LaunchPad. Any additional services can be quoted separately.
Can I access or export my leads?
Client-owned customer information remains subject to the service agreement and applicable privacy requirements. We will explain supported CRM access and export procedures as part of onboarding. Some automations and proprietary platform features are not portable.
How long does it take to get started?
We begin with a discovery conversation and collect your business information, website content, Google Business Profile access, review destination, and approved messaging requirements. The launch schedule is agreed after we confirm the scope and required approvals.
